Liz McDonough is a creative strategist, art director, and experiential producer working to catalyze thought and action that drives innovation, impact, and circular solutions.

As the Design Producer for Lacy Maxwell Experiential, she is responsible for developing and executing all 2D/3D concepts and creative for international experiential programs. She works at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and strategy to design brand experiences that are human-centric, engaging, and reflect the modern zeitgeist.

Liz is driven by opportunities for sense-making, storytelling, and strategy. She holds an MA in Design from Carnegie Mellon University, a BA in Psychology + Linguistics from the University of Connecticut, and is always in pursuit of knowledge.

In her free time, Liz enjoys artistic explorations inspired by found materials and embraces a closed-loop process where the by-product of one project defines the form of the next. Her dream is to develop a community-fueled creative reuse center that leverages localized “trash” as a resource to support both critical and creative community services and divert unnecessary waste.

ONE OF MY PROUDEST MOMENTS:

When my dog, Louie, won ‘Most Creative Costume’ at the renowned URBN Halloween Dog Parade. I made him a washing machine costume from found and discarded materials — cardboard, aluminum foil, felt, foam core, and an Urban Outfitters shopping bag.
